Westerhall Estates, třetí nejstarší lihovar na Grenadě, vlastní Williamsovi.
Panství Westerhall pochází z roku 1800 a je třetím nejstarším lihovarem na Grenadě. Snadno se tam dostanete minibusem, je na jižní pobřežní silnici na západ od St Davidu. Tato 70 akrová plantáž kombinuje produkci cukrové třtiny, kakaa, citrusů, banánů a rumu. Rodina Williamsů pracuje na obnově lihovaru ve své původní funkci.
