History
Amador Distillery is a family-owned small distillery in the heart of the Mother Lode in the California Sierra Foothills.
We are dedicated to creating finely-crafted spirits by combining high-quality ingredients with water from melting snow from the nearby High-Sierra Nevada Mountains. Our equipment limits the size of our batches to about 40 gallons, so each batch gets our utmost attention. Each bottle is filled by hand. No detail is overlooked in our endeavor to create hand-crafted spirits. From our family to yours, please enjoy!
