Rogue Rum is dedicated to Jean Lafitte and Blackbeard the pirate, two Rogues whose spirits linger long past their mortal existence. Created in the only Rum distillery in Oregon and the only spirits distillery in Washington, each batch is double-distilled in a process that allows lower grade alcohols to be removed. Any impurities are then eliminated through a hand charcoal filtering process that delivers a smooth crisp taste measuring 80 proof.

Dark Rum
Entry notes of ripe vanilla. Finishes with warm, deep flavors of mocha, caramel and smoke.

White Rum
Sugarcane and berry aromas with a touch of sweet spice. Soft entry leads to vanilla bean, stone fruit and peppery spice notes.

Rogue Rum is currently being distilled at the Rogue Distillery and Public House in Portland, Oregon, and at the Issaquah Brewhouse in Issaquah, Washington. Rogue Spirits are handcrafted in 567 litre grundies using Hawiian cane sugar, and Champagne yeast. Each batch is double distilled, a process that allows lower grade alcohols to be removed. Any remaining impurities are then removed through a hand charcoal filtering process, delivering a smooth crisp taste that measures 80% alcohol at consumption.
