Distilling Head started in January 2011 by owners Olivier Beaulieu-Grise & Rachelle Flores. With over 20 years of experience in the wine & spirits industry, the husband-and-wife team started their production in a 1,600 sq ft. facility. By March 2012, Distilling Head will be expanding into a new 5,000 sq ft. state-of-the-art facility with already eight new hires having joined the team over the past three months.
Adding to their growing portfolio, Distilling Head is set to launch a new line of rums that will include Silver, Brown Spiced, Platinum and High-Proof rum. “The support of our local community and distributors have greatly contributed to our growth and success. We are now looking to create another ten jobs in Oregon this year and more than thirty within the Unites States,” said co-owner, Rachelle Flores.
