évi julius hó 22-én déli 12 órakor be lajstromoztatta szegedi pálinka , rum- és likőrgyára részére,
még pedig sósborszeszre alkalmazandó s itt 41. kam. sorszám alati ábrázolt védjegyét a palaczkokra
és a csomagolásokra czimlapul alkalmazza. 8219. lajstr. szám, VI. csoport, 700. lap.
English: Miksa Patzauer, pálinka, rum and liqueur manufacturer in Szeged, registered it at the Szeged Chamber of Commerce and Industry on July 22nd, 1896 at 12:00 noon for his Szeged pálinka, rum and liqueur factory, and it also applies to salt wine spirit, and here chamber 41. applies its trademark shown under the serial number on the front page of the bottles and packaging. 8219. register number, VI. group, page 700.
