The Arnaud printing house was founded in Lyon but moved to Villeurbanne in 1898.
The merger with Sauterot-Drac, Néofut and Noury cartons created Compagnie Rhodanienne d'Impression et de Cartonnage (CRIC) in 1984. In 1990, the company closed its doors in Villeurbanne.
