English: Estate. April 18. Edict. Forced Sale. The Imperial-Royal Provincial and Commercial Court in Troppau hereby announces that, for the purpose of the forced sale of the movable property belonging to Isak Klein, a merchant in Meltsch, consisting of various fabrics with a total appraised value of 200 florins and 32½ kreuzers Austrian currency, court sessions have been scheduled for May 2 and May 17, 1865, each at 9 o'clock in the morning at the residence of the debtor Emanuel Lichtwitz, No. 231, Sperrgasse in Troppau. It is announced that the sale will take place only against immediate cash payment, and the goods will be sold below the appraised value only at the second session. Interested buyers are hereby invited, with the note that the execution of the auction has been entrusted to Imperial-Royal Notary Franz Scholz as court commissioner. Troppau, April 11, 1865
