Company was established in 1806.

Slubek's distillery and liqueur factory was a factory producing liqueurs and rum in Bratislava.

The liqueur factory was founded in 1806 by Anton Slubek (1774–1839). In 1838 the factory purchased Baron Jeseňák's house on Kozí Street in Bratislava. After Anton Slubek's death, the business was run by his widow Zuzana Slubeková (1789–1874). In 1881 the liqueur factory was taken over by son Gustáv Slubek together with brother-in-law Jan Gesell. From 1878 the factory was run by Gustáv Slubek and his son Július Slubek together until the father's death. From 1898 Július Slubek was the sole owner of the company.

The name still lives on in the Children's Playground Slubek Garden on Palisády Street, converted from the garden where herbs for liqueurs were grown.

The company is mentioned in the magazine Társalkodó from October 29, 1843:
