Kapelusz testvérek, «Első brody-i szeszfiuoniitó-, rum- és likőr-gyár» tulajdonosai Altbrodyban, a brody-i keresk, s iparkamaránál 1904. évi október hó 19-ón déli 12 órakor belajstronioztatták altbrody-i szesztinomitó-, rum- és likőr-gyáruk részére, még pedig az 59. sz. gyökérlikőrre, a 60. sz. gyökérkonyakra alkalmazandó s itt 59. és 60. kam. sorszámok alatt ábrázolt védjegyeiket; palaczkokra ezimkéül használják. 5055. lap.
English: The Kapelusz brothers, owners of the 'First Brody Distillery, Rum and Liqueur Factory' in Altbrody, were registered at the Brody Chamber of Commerce and Industry on October 19, 1904, at 12:00 noon under the name of their Altbrody enterprise for distilling spirits, rum, and liqueurs, specifically for root liqueur under number 59 and root cognac under number 60, using the trademarks depicted under registry numbers 59 and 60; they use them as labels on bottles.
