Text: (Konkurs.) In der Konkursfache der Firma Fanny Hebling, lithographische Kunstanstalt, Stein- und Buchdruckerei in Mähr.-Ostrou hat der Masseverwalter einen Entwurf zur Verteilung der verfügbaren Masse, die laut Bericht mit Zusetzung von 23 K 45 h gerade zur Befriedigung der Gläulaer 1. Klasse hinreicht, vorgelegt. Die Ge- meinschulbnerin und alle Konkursgläubiger sönnen in den Derteilungsentwurf bei Gericht Einsicht nehmen und ihre Erinnerungen binnen 14 Tagen mündlich oder schriftlich beim Konkurskommissär anbringen. Zur Verhandlung über allfällige Erinnerungen wird eine Tagsatzung auf den 4. August vormittags 8 3/4 Uhr beim k. k. Bezirksgerichte in Mähr.-Ostrau, Zimmer Nr. 30, anberaumt, und zu dieser Tagsatzung der Masseverwalter und die Mitglieder des Gläubiger-Ausschusses geladen.

In the bankruptcy case of the company Fanny Hebling, lithographic art institute, stone and book printing house in Moravská Ostrava, the bankruptcy trustee has submitted a proposal for distribution of available assets, which according to the report, with the addition of 23 K 45 h, barely suffices to satisfy the creditors of the 1st class. The debtor and all bankruptcy creditors may inspect the distribution proposal at the court and submit their objections within 14 days orally or in writing to the bankruptcy commissioner. A hearing regarding any objections is scheduled for August 4th at 8:45 AM at the Imperial and Royal District Court in Moravská Ostrava, Room No. 30, and the bankruptcy trustee and members of the creditors' committee are summoned to this hearing.
