Text: Concurs. Der Buch-, Kunst- und Musikalienhändler Herr Franz Wattolik hat beim k. k. Kreisgerichte in Neutitschein den Concurs angemeldet. Zum Concurs-Commissär wurde der hiesige Bezirksrichter Herr Dr. Kubíček, zum provisorischen Masseverwalter der Advocat Dr. Gustav Siebter bestellt. Die Concursmassa führt bis auf Weiteres die dem Privaten gehörige Buchdruckerei und Buchbinderei gemäß dem Paragraphe 142 der Concursordnung weiter; Die Wahltagsfahrt ist auf den 14. d. M. bestimmt worden.

District Judge Dr. Kubíček was appointed as bankruptcy commissioner, attorney Dr. Gustav Siebter as provisional administrator. The bankruptcy estate continues to operate the printing house and bookbindery belonging to the private party according to paragraph 142 of the bankruptcy code until further notice; the election meeting has been set for the 14th of this month.
