Geschichte
Das 2018 erbaute Projekt begann als Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Familie Linge aus Berling, direkten Nachkommen einer berühmten haitianischen Rum-Dynastie, und La Maison & Velier, einem Joint Venture zwischen La Maison du Whiskey in Frankreich und Velier in Italien.
Die Distillerie de Port-au-Prince befindet sich an einem Ort, der einst „Habitation Sarthe Providence“ hieß.
