Közkereseti társaság ; a vállalat 1890. évi julius hó 10-ik napján vette kezdetét; társtagjai: Redlich Jakab és Eger Lajos, liqueur-, rum- és eczetszesz hideg uton való előállítási iparosok, budapesti lakosok. — A társulat képviseletére a társtagok egyformán jogosultak.

English: Public liability company; the company started on the 10th of July 1890; co-members: Jakab Redlich and Lajos Eger, industrialists in the cold process of liqueur, rum and vinegar production, residents of Budapest. — Associate members are equally entitled to represent the company.
