Die Firma wurde in Jahr 1892 hergestellt. Entry in the Hungarian Central Gazette, Központi Értesítő, 1892:
Közkereseti társaság, melynek tagjai Zucker József és Rosenthal Mór, rumés likőr gyártók s szesznagykereskedők, nagyváradi lakosok, s a mely társaság 1892. évi junius hó elsején alakult. A czéget mindkét tag együttesen és pedig olyképen, hogy a 'Zucker' szót Zucker József, az 'és Rosenthal' szavakat pedig Rosenthal Mór jegyzi.

English: A public company whose members are József Zucker and Mór Rosenthal, producers of rum liqueur and wholesalers of spirits, residents of Nagyvárad, and which company was founded on the first of June 1892. The company is signed jointly by both members and in such a way that the word 'Zucker' is written by József Zucker and the words 'and Rosenthal' by Mór Rosenthal.
