Geschichte
Amrut Distilleries Limited is a part of Jagdale Group of Companies has a glorious tradition of excellence. The Company was established in 1948, and has blazed new trails in the field of quality spirits for more than four decades. The other activities of the Group include Pharmaceuticals, basic drugs, precision tools, fruit and five, floriculture, software and nutritional products.
The Company is a leading supplier of dark rum, brandy and whisky to Indian liquor connoisseurs, including the discerning armed forces.
Amrut Distilleries Ltd., has been supplying its products to Canteen Stores Department (Ministry of Defence), Government of India, since 1964 and its products are well received in various Canteen Depots throughout the country. It has an excellent rapport and sales net work in all the 33 Depots and nearly 3000 unit Canteens spread all over the Country.
Amrut Distilleries Ltd., is also supplying its products to Kerala State Beverages Corpn. since 1984 and has aquired a large market share in Kerala. Amrut also has large base of customers in States like Pondicherry, Maharashtra, andhra Pradesh and Delhi in addition to its own state of Karnataka. The Company's products are also exported to the Gulf countries & West Africa. The Company is supported by an excellent field network with top class Distributors to help the Marketing and Sales Programme in the Civil Trade.
