Historie
Počátkem 21. století začal Neil Mathieson z firmy Spirimonde Ltd nakupovat v Karibiku sudy s rumem pro další stárnutí v Anglii. V roce 2012 přichází na scénu distribuční společnost Eaux de Vie. Neil Mathieson je generálním ředitelem obou firem. Řadou konsolidací se Eaux de Vie stala součástí Marussia Beverages UK Ltd., dceřiné společnosti nizozemské společnosti Marussia Beverages BV. Firmy Spirimonde Ltd rum Mezan lahvuje.
