Jahr 1868 von Thomas Moore mit dem Namen „Thomas Moore's Son and Co.“ Im Jahr 1872 wurde George Farthing geboren.
Im Jahr 1884 war ich auf dem Papier der Firma „EN Cook & Co.“ Lihovar uveden jako Rum Distillery.
